Hi, I am trying to drop a class and I’m afraid if I wait until November 12th then I’ll forget to do it and the deadline will have passed. Is it possible to drop it for me through my account?

Only you are supposed to manage add/drop your classes through your account. You should not be sharing your credentials with anyone else.
Please do so before or after the RAMSS outage time period, in general.
