The authentication system CAS will be down due to system maintenance this Saturday, April 2, from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Access to my.ryerson portal and other systems requiring login using CAS will not be available during this downtime.

CAS maintenance – Friday, March 18

The authentication system CAS will be down due to system maintenance this Friday, March 18, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Access to my.ryerson portal and other systems requiring login using CAS may be intermittent during this time.

Intermittent network access on October 15 and 22, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.

On Sunday, October 15 and Sunday, October 22 from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., Computing and Communications (CCS) will conduct tests on network appliances. This may cause intermittent network access or poor network performance when trying to access Ryerson-hosted services from off-campus during these times.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience the network testing may cause. Our longer term goal is to provide an even more robust and secure network.

System maintenance: Friday, March 25, 2016 from 5 a.m. to 8 a.m.

On Friday, March 25, 2016 from 5 a.m. to 8 a.m. OS security patches to will be applied to the servers hosting Ryerson’s Central Authentication Service (CAS), my.ryerson, and RMS.

my.ryerson, RAMSS, D2L, eHR, RU-VPN, Account Activation, RMS administration and all applications that use CAS for authentication will not be available during this time frame.
